Digital Products artwork purchased from CrownMyPet is delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped.

Customers will receive downloadable artwork files once their order is completed.

Because the artwork is custom-made and delivered digitally, all sales are final except where stated in our refund policy.

3. Customer Responsibilities

When placing an order, you agree to:

Provide a clear photo of your pet for artwork creation

Ensure that you own the rights to the photo submitted

CrownMyPet is not responsible for poor artwork results caused by low-quality or unclear photos provided by customers.

4. Turnaround Time

Our typical turnaround time for custom artwork is 24–48 hours after receiving your order and pet photo.

Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or holidays.

Completed digital artwork will be delivered as a digital file download.

5. Revisions

We want you to love your artwork. Reasonable revisions may be requested for:

Text or title corrections

Revision requests should be made within 3 days of delivery.

Major redesigns or changes to the original concept may require an additional purchase.

6. Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our artwork and the digital delivery of files, refunds are generally not offered once work has begun or files have been delivered.

Refunds may only be granted before artwork production has started.

If an error occurs on our end, we will correct the issue and resend the updated file.

Distribute the digital files for resale

Customers may not submit images that contain:
