At CrownMyPet, every piece of artwork is custom created from your pet’s photo. Because our products are personalized digital designs, we have a slightly different policy than stores selling physical items.

Digital Product Notice

Items sold on CrownMyPet that are digital downloads, no physical product will be shipped. Your completed artwork will be delivered electronically.

By purchasing from CrownMyPet, you acknowledge that you are buying a custom digital product created specifically for you.

Turnaround Time

Our team works quickly to create your royal pet portrait.

Typical delivery time:

24–48 hours after your order and photo are received.

Once your artwork is complete, you will receive a high-quality digital file that can be downloaded and printed.

During busy periods or holidays, delivery times may occasionally take slightly longer.

Refund Policy

Because each artwork is custom-made and delivered digitally, all sales are generally final.

We do not offer refunds once work has begun or once the digital artwork has been delivered.

Refunds Before Work Begins

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds may be granted only if the request is made before our artists begin working on your custom artwork.

Revisions

Your satisfaction is important to us. If something about your artwork needs adjustment, we are happy to help.

We offer reasonable revisions to correct:

Text or title corrections

Revision requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Errors or Mistakes

If there is an error in the artwork caused by us (for example incorrect text or design details), we will correct the issue and resend the updated file at no additional cost.

File Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues downloading your artwork or if your file is corrupted, please contact us and we will gladly resend the file or assist you with the download.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution. We are always happy to help correct issues with your artwork.
